Data Collected Directly: We collect personal data that you provide, such as your name, workplace, position, contact details, and for Users, account login details, when you visit our Sites, use our Service, create an account, or interact with us via social media.

Data Received from Third parties: We may receive data about you from other sources, such as event organizers or our Service Providers, which may include contact and professional details.

Data Concerning Applicants: Hate Checker provides wide data coverage to improve the accuracy of background checks and offer timely and intelligible results so our Customers (affiliates, employers, and alike) can make informed decisions regarding their business. For purposes of Intelligo background checks, we receive from the Customer data concerning Applicants. We may also obtain data on Applicants via public records or from third-party data providers. Such data may include, but is not limited to, the following: name, date of birth, government-issued identification numbers, contact information, professional information, education information, legal and regulatory information, asset information, and financial information.

These types of data will only be collected and processed as part of the Service as instructed by our Customers; we do so on behalf of our Customer, who is the data controller of such data.

Personal Data Uses

Hate Checker uses personal data for various purposes, including to:

- Operate and provide our Service and conduct background checks;
- Authenticate User identities and provide Service access;
- Offer customer support;
- Enhance and improve our Service and algorithms;
- Conduct marketing and advertising efforts;

With Customers and Users: We may share reports about Applicants with Users within the Customer’s account. User-related data is shared with the Customer account's administrators.

Legal Disclosures: We may disclose personal data as required by law or to protect any individual’s safety or rights.
